WELCOME to Elaine. Now, where are the rest of you? Elaine, why don't you tell us a little bit about what's happening up there in the great northwest. (I guess it's called the great "Northwest" in the USA, but maybe Canadians call it the great "Southwest." Do they?)

Now, I think there's some way we can have everyone use a different color or something, but I haven't figured that out yet.
